Write for us
Silver Racing Review welcomes well-shaped pitches that help readers see a specific part of motor racing more clearly. Propose a focused subject, explain the useful idea behind it and send your proposal through the Contact page.
What we welcome
We consider explanatory features, comparisons, histories and observation-led pieces about cars, circuits, formats, racecraft and trackside practice. Strong proposals have a clear reader in mind and a subject that can be handled accurately without relying on access, testing or claims the writer cannot support.
Make the pitch specific
Tell us the working title, the central question, the main points you would cover and why the subject suits Silver Racing Review. Note the relevant racing context, identify any sources or expertise the piece would require, and disclose relevant commercial interests.
Before sending
A pitch is not a promise of publication. Do not send confidential material or assume that a proposal will be accepted. Use the Contact page to submit an outline and a short note about your relevant experience; no credentials are required, but claims should be supportable.
A race is made of many small decisions
The finish matters, but so do the circuit, the format and the calls made along the way. We take those parts one at a time.
